Our website is hosted on an Alibaba Cloud server located in Hong Kong.
Our contact form uses WPForms Lite. Form entries are not saved in our WordPress database, and the Lite Connect remote entry backup service is disabled.
We use Alibaba Mail for business email correspondence, including enquiries and replies. For our current email service, email content, attachments, and backup and disaster recovery copies are stored in mainland China.
We use these services to operate the website, handle enquiries and maintain related business correspondence.
If handling your request requires sharing identifiable information with a manufacturing or other business partner, we will explain the relevant recipient and purpose and obtain any permission required by applicable law.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
6. How long we retain information
We retain enquiry information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
