Our Production Process
Four key stages take raw materials through preparation, filling, sealing and thermal processing.
Raw Material Selection
Fruits, mushrooms and vegetables are selected to meet the agreed product quality requirements.
Washing & Preparation
Raw materials are washed, sorted and prepared for the specified product.
Filling & Sealing
Prepared products and the specified packing medium are filled into jars or cans, then sealed.
Thermal Processing
Sealed jars and cans undergo controlled heat treatment using the specified processing conditions.
Quality Control at Every Stage
The factory combines incoming material checks, production-line inspections and laboratory testing to monitor product quality.
Incoming Material Checks
Incoming materials are checked against quality requirements before production.
In-Process Inspections
Preparation, filling, sealing and thermal processing are monitored, with inspection results recorded for batch review.
Finished Product Review
Finished products and quality records are reviewed before packing and shipment.
Traceability & Documentation
Batch records and retained samples support product traceability and quality review. Shipping documents are prepared for each confirmed shipment.

Production and inspection records are kept for each batch.
Retained Samples
Samples from production batches are retained for reference and follow-up quality review.
Export Documents
Shipping documents are prepared to match the confirmed order and shipment details.
Final Packing & Labelling
Final packing checks cover container closures, approved labels and export cartons.
Secure Closures
Jar lids and can closures are checked before final packing.
Jar & Can Labels
Labels are applied according to the approved artwork and confirmed product details.
Export Cartons
Products are packed in cartons with the specified quantities and shipping marks.
Production & Shipment Coordination
HOVAREN follows order progress with our manufacturing partner, from the agreed production schedule to container loading.
Production progress is tracked against the agreed schedule.
Final inspection and packing completion are reviewed before shipment.
Container loading and shipping documents are coordinated for dispatch.
